Mathematical function graphing software program 
This is a freeware math function graphing software that can plot "2 dimensional, parametric, polar, and 3 dimension functions" but only in Windows XP, Vista, and 2003. It looks like a useful program if you're able to run it and you've got to give the guy credit for a completely comic-sans website....
